How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who reach Hrillinois Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Hrillinois Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They own their quotes, prices, work and customer service. If work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went badly, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Hrillinois Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@hrillinois.space. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you want us to do

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
